ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD3 eggs, well beaten ¾ cup oil 2 cups sugar 2 cups grated, peeled 3 cups flour zucchini 1 tsp. Soda 1 tsp. Baking powder 1 tsp. Nutmeg 1 tsp. Cloves 1 ½ tsp. Cinnamon 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 cup nuts Blend well, put into greased loaf pans (2). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can freeze. |
