SWEET POTATO SALAD

1 can vacuum packed sweet potatoes, drained

2 hard-boiled eggs

¾ cup onion

¼ cup green pepper

½ cup celery

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup Durkee’s dressing

salt & pepper

May add pickle vinegar & sandwich spread. Better if made a day ahead.
