SHEPHERDS’ PIE
1 pound ground beef ½ cup celery ¼ cup chopped onion 1 can Campbell’s Vegetable Soup ½ tsp. salt 2 cups mashed potatoes 1/8 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed In saucepan, brown beef and cook celery and onion until tender. Stir in soup, salt & thyme. Pour into 1 ½ quart casserole. Bake at 400 F. for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
