SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE8 slices bread ¾ lb. Cheddar cheese 2 lbs. Sausage 4 eggs 2 ¼ cup milk ¾ tsp. Dry mustard (1 can mushroom soup) (½ can milk) Take crusts off bread, cube and place in bottom of buttered casserole. Grate cheese over bread. Fry sausage. Cut each in 4 pieces and place over cheese. Mix eggs, milk & mustard. Pour over all. Set in refrigerator over night. In the morning, dilute soup with milk and pour over top. Bake at 325 for one hour. |
