RHUBARB CAKE2 cups flour ½ cup shortening 1½ cup brown sugar 1 cup sour cream, mixed 1½ -2 cups cut rhubarb with 1 tsp. Soda 1 egg 1 tsp. Vanilla Mix well and pour into greased 9x13” pan. Put on topping before baking
TOPPING ½ cups sugar 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Tbsp. Butter ½ cup nuts Bake 35-50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
