PUFFY GERMAN PANCAKES

2 eggs                              2 egg whites

1 cup whole milk               4 Tbsp. Softened butter

1 cup flour                       2 tsp. Sugar

½ tsp. Salt.

Mix well in blender.  Pour into greased 8-inch pie pan.  Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
