POPPIN’ FRESH BARBECUPS

 

¾ LB. Ground beef            ½ cup barbecue sauce

1 tbsp. Minced onion         2-tbsp. brown sugar

1 can refrigerator biscuits

¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

 

Preheat oven at 400.

In large skillet, brown beef; drain.  Add barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar.  Separate biscuit dough.  Place one in each ungreased muffin cups, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup.  Spoon meat into cups.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake 12 minutes until golden brown.
