HAM STEAK

8 ox crushed pineapple       1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp. Brown. Sugar       ¼ tsp. Ground gloves

Drain pineapple, reserve juice.  Combine all ingredients.  Spread on steak.  Broil 8-10 min.  Heat reserved juice until it reduces somewhat.  Spoon over ham.
