FRESH APPLE CAKE

4 Cups apples (small pieces) Do Not Peel

2 cups sugar

½ cup oil

Mix the apples and sugar together, then add oil.

 

1 cup nuts                        2 eggs, beaten

2 tsp. Vanilla                     2 cups flour

2 tsp. Soda                       1 tsp. Salt

Mix together with above.  Grease 9x13” pan.  Bake 350 about 1 hour.

 

FROSTING:

1 cup brown sugar            ½ cup butter

1/3 cup milk

Cook to a boil and boil 2 to 5 minutes or until creamy and thick.  Let cool; add powdered sugar to above until thick enough to spread.
