BAR-B-QUE TROUT

Wash fish in cold water.  Garlic salt & pepper insides.  Stuff with onion & chives.  Wrap in aluminum foil, and place over hot coals ½ hour, turning every 5 or 10 minutes.  (15 minutes each side.)

VARIATION:  Wrap a strip of bacon around each fish.  Flour both sides of fish.
